If you believe Calgary is a growing and thriving city, then you should believe in our real estate. I have lived in Calgary since my parents moved here from Saskatchewan when I was one year old. After growing up here and graduating from the University of Calgary I have become very passionate about our city and where it is going. I entered the real estate profession in 2008 which marked the end of a huge boom in Calgary (North America) real estate. I have seen our city grow, through 2008 into an even more vibrant city. Our downtown core is being constantly transformed to make inner city Calgary more appealing. 

Our city skyline has become an icon for many major cities across North America and is still undergoing huge transformations. Beautiful residential condo buildings in Connaught, Mission, Victoria Park, Eau Claire, Lower Mount Royal and the West End make it very appealing for Calgarians to walk to work and avoid lengthy commutes. Inner city communities like Sunnyside, Hillhurst, Parkdale, Mount Pleasant, Killarney, South Calgary, Altadore and many others are being entirely updated or rebuilt into modern, contemporary and/or energy efficient homes. Finally, our road systems are undergoing major overhauls so our subdivisions become more accessible for those who which to leave work downtown and live in our strong family focused communities.
